This morning I was walking to the mtr and this girl kept looking at me. After I crossed the street, I looked back and smiled at her. I suppose one way to spread love and kindness in the world is to smile at strangers.

Had leg circulation treatment this morning. I guess I wore high heels too young and am too sedentary in the office. My legs are a bit funny. My legs bruise easily and when I was in London, there would be days when I couldn’t walk and my friends would have to carry me up and down the stairs.

Had lunch at 18 grams and ran into a girl who I met at a vegan lunch a few months ago. She was having lunch with her family and her friends from New Zealand who used to work in Brunei and her son can skateboard! Funny thing is we ran into each other at the Contemporary Arts Fair awhile back too. It’s like the universe is telling us we should hang out so we traded contacts and decided to intentionally meet each other for lunch.

Went to my office and worked for a bit. Had dinner at Lee Gardens and watched a couple of movies at my friend’s apartment.
