Had hypnotherapy for like 7 hours then chatted with Spike for a bit. Really learned a lot today. I understand the importance of inner peace. It allows you to make decisions that you actually want to make rather than decisions driven by emotions. I also understand the concept of inner child and how I can change the past.

Went to Baillie’s birthday party at night and did a kind gesture by talking to Vivian.
