Wednesday

Today I woke up at 6am so that I could get ready for my call with my emotional literacy coach based in the East Coast.  I was very impressed by the scientific framework he presented.  He suggested that I keep a journal so I can track my progress, so here we are.  I am feeling very excited about my 12 weeks of coaching with him.  I sincerely hope that he can significantly improve my emotional literacy and intelligence.

I went skateboarding during lunch and met a professional photojournalist who was very happy to take pictures of me trying to figure out how to skateboard.  My goal was to figure out which foot should go forward.  I believe it is my left foot.  Passing pedestrians were very amused by my attempt at skateboarding.

I only just returned from Brunei Monday morning.  The security guard downstairs collects bank notes from all over the world and I have supplied him with plenty of exotic notes over this year.  Today I gave him a Brunei dollar.
